Cristina Tadeo
Cristina Tadeo is an interdisciplinary artist based in Chicago, IL. Although movement is the primary focus of her current work, Tadeo continues to investigate collaborations in various artistic disciplines. Her choreographic works often engage with video, object art and set design, as well as original sound composition. Tadeo has presented work at The Dance Center of Columbia College, Comfort Station Chicago, Red Tape Theater, and in abroad in France. Tadeo has had the pleasure of studying and working with artists such as Liz Burritt, David Dorfman, Julie Ballard and Paige Cunningham Caldarella, as well as many independent Chicago artists.
Her other assorted collaborations in dance have included arts administration, sound design, videography and graphic design. Tadeo holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance from the Dance Center of Columbia College Chicago.
