Ana Santos is an actress, singer, director, and teaching artist from Cidra, Puerto Rico. She has participated in film, music, and theater performances and the International Theater Festival in Besançon, France. Ana was part of the University of Puerto Rico (CUC) choir and had a lead singing role with David Hernandez and Street Sounds.
Recent stage roles include The Vagina Monologues (Grinlight Theater Company), Perfectamente Loca (staged reading for the Carnaval Festival of New Latinx Works, DePaul University), Tren al Sur (Santodomingo Productions Theater Company) and Just Like Us (Visión Latino Theatre Company). As an ensemble member of Aguijón Theater, Ana’s credits include La Chunga, The House of Bernarda Alba, Epopeya, Adverses, Romeo and Juliet, and Brutality. During the past 19 years, Ana has served students—actors and non-actors—training them in theater as a life experience.
