Michael Covenant Watson has been one of the judges of the Annual Haiku Festival since its inception. Prior to that, and for ten years, he leveraged his experiences as an itinerant poet and event organizer into highlighting the works of other poets on his successful Wordslingers radio program from Loyola University. His next endeavor involves taking his poetic familiarity into the classroom.
